This is something new I am trying. I am going to give you a sneak peek in to what’s coming up this week in Star Voice Of India show.

Friday, 19th October, we will have Shahid Kapoor as guest. Not only on Star Voice Of India, you will also see him on Jhalak Dikhla Ja and Nach Baliye 3. Anyone wants to guess why? Yes, his new movie, ‘Jab We Met’, is getting released. [BTW, what kind of name is ‘Jab We Met’? What’s next? ‘Kuch Kuch Happens’? ‘Sometimes Khushi, Sometimes Gum’?] Our dear contestants are going to sing songs from yesteryear like ‘Gulabhi Aankhen’, ‘Aaj Kal Tere Mere Pyaar Ke Charche’, ‘O Haseena Zulfo Wali’, ‘O Mere Sona Re’ etc. Isn’t that great? Let’s see if our singers can do justice to these wonderful songs.

Saturday, 20th October, is Qawali and Sher-O-Shayari special! Esteemed Ustad Amjad Ali Khanji and Pankaj Udhas are going to be guest judges! Isn’t that great?

Toshi sings ‘Allah Hu’, where as Irfan sings ‘Piya Haji Ali’. Harshit lands his powerful voice to ‘Kabhi Bebasi Ne Mara’. Looks like someone in VoI team reads this site! Looking forward to this weekend and hoping for a rocking episode.
